The HARVEST ROOM at Yuba City
The Harvest Room is a full-service community room, offering charm, sophistication and elegance at an affordable price. We are conveniently located in Northwest Yuba City, in the New Earth Market shopping center, at the corner of Tharp and Butte House Road. Parking is free and ample.
We take pride in providing a warm and elegant environment to host your small business meetings, receptions, bridal and baby showers, reunions, graduation parties, birthday parties, or retirement ceremonies just to name a few!
We can provide everything from basic drink service and appetizers to a full brunch, lunch and dinner buffet. There is always something exciting going on at The Harvest Room!

Rental Rates - Minimum 3 Hours
Hourly rate - $200 per hour (7 AM to 8 PM)
After Hours Hourly Rate - $300 per hour
Your room rental includes:
White linen tablecloths
If you have your food catered through New Earth Market we also provide the dishes, glassware and silverware at no additional charge.
Projector and basic PA system is available for an extra charge.
New Earth Market offers full service catering. Our chefs will prepare gourmet brunch, lunch, dinner or appetizers for your event.
Catering is priced per person.

Beer and Wine
Beer and wine is available by the bottle, the keg, the case or even by the glass. With the best selection of craft beers and wines in the area, we have beverage options for all your guests.
A spacious room that seats just under 72 guests or up to 90 for a classroom style event or cocktail party.

A booking deposit of $100 is required to reserve your booking date. This deposit will be applied as a credit to your final bill.
A non-refundable maintenance fee of $150 will also be applied to your bill
