Holiday Meal Heating Instructions

TURKEY:
Add  2 cups of water in the serving tray, cover the turkey with foil and reheat at 325 degrees for 1 ½ hour to 2 hours (internal temperature should be at least 165 degrees) in a regular oven not a microwave


HAM:
Heat at 325 degrees for 20 minutes per pound (internal temperature should be at least 165 degrees) in a regular oven not a microwave


STUFFING, MASHED POTATOES, BAKED YAM SOUFFLE, FALL VEGGIES & GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE:
Reheat each for about 30 minutes at 350 degrees covered with foil
(internal temperature should be at least 165 degrees)

 
GRAVY:
Reheat in a small sauce pan on the stove (internal temp at least 165 degrees)
