Holiday Meal Heating Instructions

TURKEY:
Add  2 cups of water in the serving tray, cover the turkey with foil and reheat at 325 degrees for 2 ½
hour to 3 hours (internal temperature should be at least 165 degrees) in a regular oven not a microwave


PRIME RIB:
Cover loosely with foil, place into a 350 degree oven for 2 ½ hour to 3 hours. Remove from oven and check temp 110 degrees for rare, 120-125 degrees for medium rare.


HAM:
Heat at 325 degrees for 20 minutes per pound (internal temperature should be at least 165 degrees) in a regular oven not a microwave


STUFFING, MASHED POTATOES, BAKED YAM SOUFFLE, FALL VEGGIES & GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE:
Reheat each for about 30 minutes at 350 degrees covered with foil (internal temperature should be at least 165 degrees)

 
GRAVY:
Reheat in a small sauce pan on the stove (internal temp at least 165 degrees)


A La Carte Items:
Reheat at 325 degrees and check temperature every 20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
